The Conservatory is air conditioned and heated. There are 3 thermostats inside that are controlled the same way as a thermostat in the home. However, for the air to come on, you must turn on the timer. You can set the timer for anywhere from 1 hour to 6 hours. When the timer goes off, so does the air or heat.

The Conservatory is 22'x50', and holds between 80 and 100 for a sit down dinner, and 100 to 120 for a buffet. You can also put a band and a dance floor inside, however this will reduce the number of people the Conservatory can hold.

Outside in the garden, there is a gazebo and a bandstand. The bandstand is located between 3010 Phil Fall (the yellow house) and 3012 Phil Fall (the dark green house). If you have any type of music outside, it must be set up in the bandstand. This way all music faces commercial property, and does not bother peopole in the apartments and the high rise. In the past, when outside music was set up elsewhere, there was at times a problem with the noise bothering the people in the residential area.

Tables and chairs can also be set up outside, as long as they are brought inside the Conservatory at the end of the event.

Tents can be placed in various places around the Gardens to provide additional covered area.

There are 2 bathrooms located in the Gardens. One behind the house at 2712 Sackett and a larger one behind 2714 Sackett. The larger bathroom has a pay phone and a full length mirror. It is big enough for the bride to change in; however, it is not large enough for the entire bridal party to be inside at one time.

For evening events, the lights around the Conservatory and gazebo will be turned on, as will the lamp posts. The control panel for the inside fans and lights are located at one end of the Conservatory in the corner.

There are no kitchen facilities.

Keys to the facilities may be picked up prior to the event at 3100 Edloe, Suite 300. After the event is over, lock all gates and drop the keys in the mail slot at 2714 Sackett.

The site must be clean the night of the event, and all outside rentals must be removed.

Clean up:
a) Conservatory swept clean.
b) Any trash in the Gardens and pathways bagged and disposed of.
c) All trash bagged and disposed of in dumpster across the street in the Sackett parking lot.
d) All lights in restrooms and the HVAC in restrooms and Conservatory must be turned off.
e) All gates must be locked and secure.

Basically, the Conservatory and Gardens should be left as clean as when you arrived that day.

No confetti or rose petals may be used, only non-germinating bird seed. Easy tip: to degerminate bird seed, bake in microwave.
