Lessee must keep music levels "sound levels" within the limits outlined in City of Houston Ordinance 93-77. The sound levels must not exceed 58 db(A) during either daytime or nighttime hours. However, the sound level received at the nearby residential neighbors may not exceed 58db at night. If you need further explanation regarding this ordinance please contact the management office.
